First time to TAKS HOUSE, we enjoyed our take away very much. All prepared to order as requested due to allergy, hot and served well at home. Huge menu to select but only lacked steam fish. A local favorite since 1984 so a must try. We walked in to place order and food ready in 20 minutes. Call in better.

Been coming here for years, food is always spot on, with fast ordering and service. Chicken with black bean sauce, egg fried rice and chips are my favourite. The complimentary prawn crackers for orders over £12 are awesome 👌

Love the food here. Price is great too. Chilli oil is excellent I order everytime. Love Connie. The lady behind the counter, very friendly and makes great suggestions on what to order when I want something different. There chips are crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Does get busy sometimes but definitely worth the wait. Writing this now I want to go there again now for some spicy pork rice and prawn crackers and chilli oil and chips.. Love it

Best Chinese takeaway ever ! I’ve tried other Chinese takeaways when going over to friends houses and eating from where they usually order from but nothing compares to Taks house. If you want the best Chinese takeaway, order from Taks house, you won’t regret it :)

We ordered a takeaway meal for 5 tonight and two of us had the black peppered steak, we just want you to know that they were cooked to perfection and just exactly how we had asked for them to be done so thank you very much to all at Taks house.
